Primary responsibilities include conducting functional assessments, creating and implementing behavior support plans, training parents and caregivers, creating and implementing verbal behavior programs. This position involves home based therapy and usually requires travel within the local area.

Qualifications:

Typical applicants are board certified in behavior analysis as BCaBAs, BCBAs or BCBA-Ds.  This position involves working with clients on the Medicaid Waiver or through foster care.  Bilingual candidates will receive preference.

Pay/Benefits

This position is paid hourly and is based on a percentage of income to the agency.  Applicant’s hourly pay will be based on experience, level of education and oral and written skills.  Pay range is from $30-40 an hour.

Behavior Analyst


Job Description

More than one position is available. The focus of these positions is to provide temporary coverage for an already established caseload of persons with developmental disabilities residing at Quest operated group homes. No minimum number of cases is required. These persons would be responsible for:

  • Conducting assessments, observations, and interviews with necessary parties as needed.
  • Preparing and attending the Sun Coast Region Local Review Committee meetings as
  • needed.
  • Conducting direct observations in group home, ADT and/or community.
  • Collecting data, updating graphs and completing monthly progress reports
  • regarding individual behavior programming.
  • Turning in weekly service logs.
  • Attending monthly meetings to discuss individual’s progress.
  • Training and monitoring of staff on current behavior programs.

Qualifications:

Applicants must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Pay/Benefits

Salary is a negotiated hourly rate. Hours are flexible. Benefits are not included.
