Job description:
Located within 5 minutes of beautiful Gulf Beaches is the Pinellas Association
for Retarded Children (PARC) established in 1953. PARC, in St. Petersburg,
Florida serves more than 600 children and adults with various developmental
disabilities throughout Pinellas, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties. Primary
responsibilities include a primary caseload of adult consumers on campus;
at residences, or in the community. To include functional behavior assessments,
plans presented to local review committee, service logs, monthly summaries,
training caregivers / employees, monitoring implementation; data analysis,
writing for / attending support plan meetings and justification for addendums
and services. Our clinical orientation emphasizes antecedent based interventions
with acquisitions of alternative replacement behaviors.
Qualifications:
Must have Masters degree and be Board Certified BCBA
Candidates must pass Level 2 background screening, and a drug test prior
to hiring
BCBA status must be maintained throughout employment
Valid Florida driver's license
Experience preferred
